Somatic Attunement Sessions
Somatic attunement focuses on building a relationship with your body. Modern life often pulls us away from our physical experience.
Through gentle, body-based techniques, sessions support grounding, regulation, and internal connection.
Sessions combine somatic practices with Reiki-informed energy work to support the nervous system's natural ability to settle and reconnect.
Each session also includes space to identify and gently explore inner child energy, helping you build a deeper connection to the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be heard.
