Sessions at Elemental Wellness are structured in cycles of four. Each cycle begins with a reassessment session, followed by three follow-up sessions. This rhythm keeps the work intentional and gives us regular space to check in on your progress and goals.

ongoing

Session 2 to 4. Pay as you go.

Sliding scale pricing is available for all sessions. No explanation required, just reach out and we will figure it out together.
