I collect personal information that you provide directly, including your name, preferred name, email address, phone number, town or city, and emergency contact details. Health and accessibility information may also be collected voluntarily through intake forms. Payment information is processed securely through the Wix booking platform.
This website is hosted on Wix, which automatically collects basic usage data such as pages visited and general location by region, as well as cookies to improve site performance. I collect only what is necessary to provide services, communicate with you about bookings, and improve your experience on this site.
Section 2 — Data Use and Sharing
Your information is used solely to schedule and manage appointments, provide safe and personalized sessions, communicate with you about session-related matters, and meet legal obligations. I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party.
Your data may be accessed by Wix as the site host and booking platform, and by Google as the email provider for correspondence sent to info@elementalwell.ca, each in accordance with their own privacy policies. Everything shared during sessions is held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except where there is risk of serious harm to you or another person, or where required by law.
Section 3 — Your Rights and Contact
You have rights under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Session records are retained for a minimum of seven years in accordance with professional practice standards, after which they are securely destroyed. This site does not knowingly collect information from minors under 18.
